*Next day services are not available to some Scottish locations (typically Aberdeen and beyond), in that case the delivery will be 2 working days. Pre-12 deliveries are not available to Scotland. Orders are not dispatched at weekends, so 'Next Day' orders placed after the cut-off on Friday, or over the weekend, will not be dispatched until Monday. The cut-off for next day orders is 15:30, any orders received after that time may not be dispatched until the next working day. Next Day deliveries are not guaranteed.

International Orders

If you wish to place an order from outside the UK please email us with details of what you would like to order, and we will produce a quote with the shipping cost. Shipping costs vary from country to country and also depending in the size and weight of the shipment.

Delivery Method
All orders will be shipped by courier, and all orders will require a signature. Unfortunately, orders can't be 'left safe'. Deliveries will be made during business hours, but we are unable to give an approximate delivery time (unless you select the pre-12 delivery, in which case the delivery will be between 08:00 and 12:00).

After you have completed the checkout you will be sent an email to acknowledge that we have received the order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

For maximum security your card details are entered and processed directly on the SecureTrading servers. We do not (and can not) see your card details and at no time are they stored on our systems.
