Delivery Charges

UK Mainland

Standard Delivery - £2.95 (2-4 working days)

Next Day courier - £5.95 (next working day*)

Next Day Pre-12 - £15.95 (next working day before 12:00*)

*Orders are not dispatched at weekends, so 'Next Day' orders placed after the cut-off on Friday, or over the weekend, will not be dispatched until Monday. The cut-off for next day orders is 15:30, any orders received after that time may not be dispatched until the next working day.

(Note: The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Scilly are not covered by our UK Mainland delivery services)

International Orders

If you wish to place an order from outside the UK please email us with details of what you would like to order, and we will produce a quote with the shipping cost. Shipping costs vary from country to country and also depending in the size and weight of the shipment.

Delivery Method
All orders will be shipped by courier, and all orders will require a signature. Unfortunately, orders can't be 'left safe'. Deliveries will be made during business hours, but we are unable to give an approximate delivery time (unless you select the pre-12 delivery, in which case the delivery will be between 08:00 and 12:00).

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You can pay by Credit/Debit Card or BACS. For the fastest service you can enter your credit/debit card details online using secure servers during checkout, or alternatively you can choose to pay by BACS. For BACS payments we will send you a pro-forma invoice and will ship the goods when your payment has cleared. The checkout process will provide you with full instructions as you go along..

After you have completed the checkout you will be sent an email to acknowledge that we have received the order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Returns
This is a Business to Business store only, and items are not sold on a 'sale or return' or trial basis - so we only accept returns of faulty or damaged items, which will be replaced.

Credit Card Security
At the payment stage of the checkout process you will be connected to the Secure Payment Servers at SecureTrading. We also have a backup payment system with PROTX, so if there are any temporary technical problems you will still be able to make your payment.

For maximum security your card details are entered and processed directly on the SecureTrading servers. We do not (and can not) see your card details and at no time are they stored on our systems.

Privacy Policy
Tao Technologies Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than for the purposes of order fulfillment (eg. we have to tell the courier company your address!). In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. However, if you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
